Jason Au is a Principal with Bluesky Kapital. Jason has been a Partner in both the private lending and commercial mortgage brokerage arenas and has served as Director of Finance at additional firms. During his experience in the real estate lending space, he has also syndicated, managed and serviced multiple portfolios of private loans. Jason has closed over 800,000,000 in loans and has been active in the real estate lending space since 2003.
Steven Kachanian is a Principal with Bluesky Kapital. With over 14 years of experience in the real estate business, Steven has been involved in the acquisition and repositioning of assets in the excess of $300,000,000. He earned his undergraduate degrees in Business Management from both Universita’ Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan and Baruch College in New York. He also earned a master’s degree in Real Estate from the New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate.
Ryan Powers-Tapp is a Principal with Bluesky Kapital. Ryan has held positions with JP Morgan in Principal Investment Management and with Bear Stearns in MBS and CDO securitization pricing. Ryan is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and International Business and a minor in International Studies. He also earned a master’s degree in Real Estate from the New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate.
